The National Research Fund’s (NRF)  screening and monitoring team from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TetFund) have visited Bayero University , Kano to monitor the project implementation.

Bayero University, Kano is to enter into collaboration with 9mobile telecommunication company,  on capacity building, modernized educational delivery and optimizing technology delivery as the university prepares to establish a Nigeria Communication Commission’s centre of excellence in telecommunication Research and Development.

A United Kingdom based Quality Assurance Agency has evaluated Bayero University, Kano programmes for international accreditation.

Bayero University, Kano on 20th June, 2023 held a Regional Strategy Validation Workshop on ratification of Disbursement Linked Indicators 7.1 designed by the World Bank and Association of African Universities for institutional impact.

The workshop was aimed at presenting the Draft report of regional strategy document for achieving the Disbursement Linked Indicators 7.1 with a view to making a comprehensive observation, providing input and ratifying it by the key stakeholders in the University.

The Management of Bayero University, Kano has directed the commencement of the 2022/2023 academic session for undergraduate programmes by Monday, 10th July, 2023 as approved by the Senate.

The management of bayero university has revised and increased the central registration fees, administrative and hostel maintenance charges for undergraduate and postgraduate students as indicated here

Professional Masters Programme in Information Technology Law for 2021/2022 Session.

The Department of Public Law, Bayero University kano wishes to announce the launch of a new programme for the 2021/2022 session. The Programme is a professional masters programme in information technology law (MITL).
